Poor service and even worse equipment

I purchased a Zodiac Aquarius pool cleaner from Makro 12 December 2020. 8 January 2021 it is no longer working. I call the number that's reflected on the packaging and get told by Keenan (call centre) that my call has been logged and a technician will make contact with me. Today is 11 January. Still waiting!!!!!

Very poor customer service
