Outstanding Service Experience

I had a problem with my pool cleaner that might have been caused by pool pH inbalance. Zodiac tech visited the house, repaired the cleaner very quickly and without question. He advised me the issue could have been due to inbalance and asked me to check before using the newly refurbed cleaner. I reported the problem initially on their website, was called within 48 Hours and all sorted within a few days. Pool pH now also on target thanks to Zodiac :)
