No Service and getting the run around.

I bought a Zodiac Pacer at Pet and Pool in George 25th of November 2019. This was for a new pool. I was advised by Marlon at Pet and Pool that this was the correct cleaner for my pool size and shape.

Unfortunately shortly after installing I noticed that the Pacer gets stuck in the same corner every time. I did some research on your website and online to try and fix the situation. Removed and added pipes, changed the flow at weir, moved the weight around on the different segments of pipe and changed the direction on jet to the middel of pool downwards. Unfortunately nothing fixed it from sucking onto the same corner.

I will pull it free only to find seconds later it returning to the very same corner. I have spoken to your rep in area and the guys at Pet and Pool and they told me I could return the product. Today I went there to return only to be told that the condition of the cleaner head indicates that my pool chemical levels are not correct. Now they want to go get it tested and I have to wait for an answer.

How is this at any stretch of the imagination good customer service?
