Impeccable customer service

I don't think people write compliments of good customer service too often, maybe it's because we as customers expect good service to be the standard, which sadly it is most often not. But I felt the need to compliment Zodiac Pool care in Midrand/Samrand for the outstanding customer service. It was a pleasant surprise which left me with a need to show my gratitude in some way or form.<br> <br> My MX6 pool cleaner went in for over five times in two weeks to get inspected, cleaned, and repaired. The fault for the constant need of attention was mostly my own. The customer service department met me with a friendly smile (and greeted me by name) every time and sorted the problem out very quickly and free of charge.<br> <br> I don't think I've every met another company that is so resilient on offering great service. Thank you for the great customer experience and keep up the good work. Zodiac, you have a fan for life!<br>
