Great service from Zodiac technician

<p>I would like to compliment Zodiac and Norman on the level of service provided with regard to the effective resolution of my problem. I had a problem where my pool cleaner was going in circles. I raised a query with Zodiac and was emailed that a technician will come through. The technician, Norman, contacted me on the morning to arrange a suitable time. Norman arrived on site and diagnosed the problem and repaired the pool cleaner immediately. Well done Norman.</p>
