Great Service and Support
I purchased a Zodiac MX6 pool cleaner from a reseller. On opening the box I found that the flow regulator was missing from the packaging. One call to the Zodiac Help Desk and within an hour I was called back by Eslian Murray. Eslian immediately arranged for a replacement regulator to be couriered to me and I received it 3 days later. Thumbs up to Zodiac and in particular Eslian for the great service and support.
