Friendly and helpful staff!

I called Zodiac pool care on 17 March after purchasing a pacer rhino pool cleaner. The content was short of one hose and a hose float . I spoke to Janice Venter in customer care who quickly arranged with a poolshop in Morningside Manor to provide me with the items... the very same day. When I got to the shop, the gent knew my name and had the items ready for me to collect. With the level of customer service deteriorating at a lot of customers, it was a breath of fresh air receiving good, friendly and professional service.
