Fantastic example of Great Service

<p>I purchased a Zodiac pool cleaner from Greenvalley Pool and Spa . I was not happy with how the product performed and reported this to Greevalley Pool and Spa. Two days later i was contacted by Zodiac customer service who made an appoinment for a technician to come out to look at the products performance. I was greeted by a very positive , upbeat technician " Moremi " who identified the problem and offered a different product for test to see if it performed better.</p> <p> </p> <p>A few days later i called Moremi to offer feedback on the new unit i was offered to demo. Moremi went out of his way to ensure that the customer was happy and offered to exchange my product for a different product that actually did the work for no additional cost to me . In addition to this the product was twice the value of the original product purchased and a full warrantly was offered with the new product. </p> <p> </p> <p>I really did not expect such GREAT service from Zodiac but it came as a very pleasant suprise . All other organisations out there can learn from Zodiac . Customers indeed do come first . Thanks Moremi and Zodiac for really good customer service</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
