Excellent service after first complaint

<p>I logged a Hellopeter review a few weeks ago regarding my MX8, within 24hr Annastacia called and arranged that come Norman and see me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Norman came out and inspected the MX8 and immediately asked me if my pump ever returned sand when it's switched on because the filter sand damaged the mechanism. Norman replaced the damaged parts free of charge and explained to me what to do to rectify the problem. Before leaving Norman also assured me that should I ever have a problem again he would personally come back again and resolve my issue as he believe in his product's superiority and would not want me to believe otherwise.</p> <p> </p>
