Do not buy products from Zodiac Pool Care

We would not recommend that you buy any products form Zodiac Pool Care! We bought the Zodiac pool cleaner about a year ago. We had to take it in EVERY month because it stopped working. We asked for our money back because it is clear that there is something wrong with the pool cleaner. It is also very far for us to drive to take it in every month. And what do we do after the guarantee? Do we then have to start to pay them to fix their product that isn't working properly in the first place? They only give you good customer service the first time we complain. After that they just make it our problem that we have to solve. This is part of the mail we received from Janice after we complained that we can not keep on taking in the Zodiac pool cleaner for repairs :

The courtesy call out is only done in the 1st year of purchase. We will not be able to send Norman. The warranty does not cover replacements, only repairs on the units.

I think it is very bad that they do not give us our money back for a very bad quality product!
