Complements on service excellence

I had a warranty call-out with the Zodiac Classic Midi. This is the third time that I had to call someone out due to the keypad that stopped functioning. I was not happy that the keypad packed up again, but was I pleasantly surprised with the service I got from Anna and Moremi from Zodiac!!! They treated me like family, reacted so quickly and professionally and as I met Moremi personally, and saw him working, I must say that he is awesome.
