Amazing after sales service

Its rare in South Africa to get good customer service....but Zodiac is the exception. I have a pool cleaner where the hoses kept breaking. Frustrated i called the Zodiac help line and Janice Venter took the time to understand my issue, apologied for the issue and as a show of commitment to their products offered to replace the hoses. That's not all.....she even got it delivered to a store close to me within 2 days. Now that's 1st class service . thank you to Zodiac and Janice, you have a customer for life! Keep up the great work
