After service

So I have bought a Zodiac EI Classic Mini Chlorinator.

It was 2024/03/14.

It ate away on its "long-lasting titanium electrodes with an exclusive alloy coating."

Now I have taken it in to the pool team where I bought it.

The guy behind the counter told me he is also busy sending an email for someone else's chlorinator that they don't get feedback.

To keep my pool running, I had to change my piping again; if I did not, I would have had to change the water to 50000 liters.

You don't even have a connector, so if you take out the electrodes, you could just put them in and keep your pool running.

And it is not cheap.

So who is to blame, pool team or zodiac?
