ABSOLUTE #5% CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WARRANTY/PRODUCTS
A bit of advice to anyone thinking of buying a new pool cleaner. Stay away from any Zodiac @Fluidra product.
Purchased a replacement G6 Cleaner only for it to stain the pool lining after 1 DAY OF USE. The pools water is checked and balanced weekly by an external provider thus that excuse does not fly.
Now I am advised you have to remove the pool cleaner post use everytime. Have you ever heard of such absolute horse**** excuses!?

The agent requested photos and a water chemistry test in order to validate a warranty. We received your proof of purchase and the photos, please also forward a water chemistry test to ***. Incorrect water chemistry can damage the disk of the pool cleaner as well as other pool equipment. You have a two year manufacturing defects warranty on your product which does not include wear and tear, incorrect water chemistry, etc. Kind regards. Sandra. Customer Care Supervisor
