Do not buy from this store. I am still waiting for my order for almost a year!

I purchased 2 duvet covers from this store almost a year ago. I made an error and ordered incorrect sizes. I then informed them and I was advised to return the duvets and they would exchange them which I did almost immediately. I was told that it would take some time but I am shocked that now it’s almost a year and I still have not received the exchange. They are not answering my texts and emails and have not returned my money. I am so heartbroken and would advise against purchasing from this store.
