Item never received

Fluffies Boutique is **********. I ordered on the 7th of July and till this day I have not received my package. After ordering you are not given any information about the shipping of the package, your emails are never responded to and if you lucky to get a response you won't be helped. After waiting for a whole month I got an email from them offering me a refund since the dress I ordered was "discontinued" and I have never gotten my money back. Please don't buy anything from this store. Save your money and buy from shein. I am tired of emailing them and it has gotten to a point where I know I won't get my money from them and at least I can help the next person to not be ****med
