Fluffies Boutique is absolutely revolting

They don't reply to emails. I've been waiting forever for them to give me feedback on my order that I already paid for. If they don't have it in stock anymore, they should give me a refund, which they aren't doing. They don't reply to emails. The only way you can contact them is via email and they don't even reply. The phone number listed on their Facebook page is inaccurate and of a different company. They are pathetic at communicating and fulfilling orders.
