very poor service

i had some tests done at the flowpath lab in woodhurst on the 18 of august 2026.its a mission trying to get a invoice so i can put a claim through medical aid .i been to the lab 4 times to get an invoice. either the receptionist is not there or the phlebotomist doesnt know how to operate a computer. Cant undertand why they cant give you an invoice when you pay. Its the 24 august today and still no luck. Been to lancet numerous timeswith no issues.
