Staff Bad attitude

<p>I am not happy about the treatment i received at party spot from one of the staff members it was quite appalling, I ordered stickers for a christmas birthday party on wednesday prior to the christmas weekend, the lady who was assisting me informed me that they will comtact me when the stickers are ready as the normally do, fine i left and days went no call. come saturday afternoon still no call. i check the internet it states that party spot will be open on the 25th of december 2016. i go in the morning to enquire about my stickers the centre was all locked up. i go back today which is the 28th of december 2016 to ask if maybe they have an explanation for what happened. then the lady(Tshepiso) tells me that Duncan was supposed to call me to inform me about my stickers being ready, she calls Duncan he comes down. tells me that he knows that people of my "skin colour" normally do things like these and expect to be refunded i wont see that and it wont happen in this life time i wont be refunded my R288. he then goes on to tell me that we think that we can complain and things will happen as we wish. all i went there for was to understand what happened to my stickers . but then now im treated in this manner why? Im a regular client at party sport and majority of the staff is always nice to me But Duncan saw a trash when he looked at me. I am so sad right now.</p>
