Too often we are quick to criticise and rarely make the effort to spread a good word ... So I would just like to say how impressed I am with your online and delivery services ...<br> <br> I called your customer service yesterday to enquire about a small flower order. I was assisted by a very helpful lady who told me what to do. I sent an email with my request and quickly got a response with the invoice. I made the payment and sent the proof of payment through the email and was assured that it had been received and my order is being processed.<br> <br> I was so surprised at the proficiency of the people who assisted with my order as not even an hour after my order was placed, the flowers were delivered. No mess.
