Rude Security and Disrespectful Security Gaurd

Dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> I am writing this report to complain of the poor service I received from your company on August 19, 2015 at around 14:00pm<br> <br> My wife and I visited The Party Shop in Woodmead the staff were good,however the security personnel who check customer receipts before exiting the shop are bad mannered and terrible individuals.<br> <br> This particular individual did not greet and as much as I understand checking customers purchase receipts is his \JOB"and the policy of your shop"
