Being Professional and Presentating Their Products Exactly The Same Like Whats on the Web

I would like to start be saying that their Delivery for an order for Valentine's day was late but they arranged to have the order delivered early the next day and they sent a box of chocolates to apologize for late delivery. I think that handled their error very professional. I also would like to compliment them on the fact that their product offering always looking exactly the same has what you ordered online.
