Bad Service - Dissapointing

I contacted the Flowerspot In Woodmead (Noli) on Wednesday the 28th to deliver flowers for my wife on Friday 30th for my 16 wedding anniversary. As this is something I can't normally get around to doing I was hoping it would nice surprise for my wife. Noli gave me an e-mail address to which I sent my details immediatly. I was told she would send me a quote with banking details so that I could get the payment done in time for her to deliver on the Friday. Nothing came. I called again yesterday afternoon after still not getting a quote and was given the excuse that my mail never arrived, a strange comments (excuse) considering it was marked for a read receipt that I got a few minutes after I sent the mail. She then found the mail and finally got a quote around to me at 15h43 yesterday. Knowing very well that an EFT between different banks takes more than a day to go through I didn't bother with the deposit as I felt it to be a pointless excercise.<br> <br> I sent this complaint to them this morning and again was met with excuses.<br> <br> I have never used Flowerspot for this sort of service and assure you I will not be contacting them again any time soon.<br>
