Bad attitude with poor flowers

I order every bouquet of flowers on Kesington when needed but normally pick up and the flowers will look amazing and fresh. However if you select the delivery option you receive the oldest flowers and a horrific arrangement made up of daisies which u can buy a bunch for R30. I took the arrangement back to complain and show the lady her attitude was so rude and stubborn and refused to take accountability. I paid 360 rand for a bouquet that looked R200 and a bunch of woolworths roses would of looked better. Most def will be using another florist and making consumers aware around me to not use this florist.
