Bad flowers

I've bought flowers from them at least 3 times. Their flowers are not fresh. Customer service is 1/10. The flower food that comes with the flowers makes the flowers deteriorate. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but I've not been seeing change. Definitely not going back there and would not recommend to anyone else.
