None delivery

Their website says they deliver anywhere in South Africa ... I am in Cape Town, paid for flowers to be delivered today .. .email today to confirm delivery has taken place, only to be told they do not have anyone to deliver in Cape Town. Now I have to wait 7 days for my money to be refunded and I have to pay another florist to do the delivery. Why advertise that you deliver anywhere in South Africa ... is Cape Town outside of South Africa? I do not see why I have to wait for 7 days to get my money back. I now have to find someone who will do a delivery by tomorrow. TERRIBLY DISSAPPOINTED with this really bad customer service
