NO DELIVERY!!!!

I ordered flowers online, confirmed my delivery with the receptionist. She reassured me my delivery will happen 14 Feb 2018. The whole day yesterday I tried all the numbers and no response just voicemail. At 16:30 I managed to get hold of the receptionist and she said my delivery was dispatched at 12h and that she will confirm with the driver and call me back. Nothing so far. Today the phone lines are still going to voicemail. I want my money back, I am furious!!! I want to drive to the "shop" if it even exists.
