accounts not paid by administrator

2 accounts that were given to my administrator in 2007 still reflects big balances. According to him,these accounts were fully paid but when I chekcd,they still appear on the credit beurua as still owing. The two balances total about r12000. I phoned from last year and even went to his offices to query but I am still waiting for feedback. One of these creditors withdrew r1000 from my bank acc on 31/07/2015. This man needs to refund my money as I await legal action.
