absolutely disgusting service

i ordered flowers to be delivered 2 days later for a persons 40th birthday, paid via EFT,called back and confirmed payment and was told by Marika everything is in order and they will deliver, come the delivery day and no flowers are delivered, i e-mail her,no response, i email the parent company in England and they assure me it will be delivered,i then call mariska on her mobile and the phone rings twice,no answer,the third time the phone is switched off, i have not recieved no communication from either of them up until now,<br> we rely on florists to communicate our love and best wishes to other people,this is a total disgrace in my view,,the lady is very upset,,but, they have my money so what do they care i suppose!!!!
