Water Flow Systems

I'm really disappointed with this company. I contacted Laurence to install a filtration system for my well point. He charged me 15k for a pump and 4 x 10 inch filters. The system did not work. The water remained foul. Laurence is not taking my calls or answering my emails and I'm very frustrated with his service. Will some one from the company please contact me to resolve. I just want what I was promised.
