I app**** for a loan, I was told that it was approved and I must accept the debicheck for them to debit my account. I accepted, then they changed the minds and said my banking details were incorrect and my loan was rejected.

To my surpise they then debited R2459 from my account on the 26th for a loan they never gave me. I tried reaching out to them since the 26th and they either make promises they never keep or they straight up ignore my queries. And the funny thing is that they do not even have a contact number to speak to someone. I feel ******.
