No Call Back After Numerous requests for an Ewallet payment!

I app**** for a loan on the 13.11.2020, I received a quotation to approve on that date but I wanted to receive the money via ewallet, so I didn't accept the quote. I sent numerous emails asking for a call back because the number doesn't work, but instead I received an email telling me that my quote expired even though it only expires in days!! my quote is only days old!! I have now emailed AGAIN asking for a call back and sent a screenshot of my quotation with the date, so that the person can see that my quotation has not expired but I have not received any feedback. Tomorrow my quote will be days old and will expire soon, could somebody PLEASE assist me.
