Website is missleading

<p>The Floryday website is miss leading. When you go onto the website it says that if you buy for more than R 1 605 then you do not have to pay for the shipping.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we asked were our order is they said we still have to pay a custom duty fee. this was not communicated at all, when we asked them about it they said that is under the return policy. Normally when you order something you do not expect to return it so you will not necesarrily look at the return policy until you recieved your goods and you are not happy. Then only will you look at the return policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we recieved the custom duty invoice it was R 2 104.15. We bought 5 dresses of each about R 400 per dress maybe more if you work it out like that. Then we had to pay this custom duty fee. These dresses worked out total more than R 4 000. The quality of the dresses is very poor. It is cheap material that they use and they import it from a different country. </p> <p>There is no indication on the website that they are importing the dresses. The dresses on the website looks like desinger dresses. But when you recieve the dresses it looks like home made dresses.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
