Very dissapointed customer

I have ordered a pair of dark brown leather sandals early May on Flory day. I have never heard of them before, but came across the website and fell in love with the sandals as they looked like a pair of good quality, well put together leather shoes. I never spoil myself, but decided I just had to have those shoes. I have received the parcel yesterday morning and was soooooo excited!! I opened the box and saw a cheap looking, bad quality pair of PLEATHER sandals. I was so disspointed. Especially paying R 359.73 for them, which makes you think that it should atleast be real leather for that price, not to mention I still had to pay the shipment cost which was about R 200.00, which I was happy to pay, knowing I am going to get the shoes I fell in love with. A week after I have ordered my shoes and paid, I have received an email that I still have to pay R 114.00 Duty costs, which was NEVER mentioned when ordering online!! I am so dissapointed in Flory Day and will never recommend them to ANYONE, and also will NEVER order from them again. They false advertise, and the worst of it all is, even if I send my order back, I will have to pay the Duty costs and shipment again, which will cost even more for receiving a pair of cheap looking horrible sandals
