<p>I purchased a coat from their website that was a very poor copy of the coat shown on their site. When I went to return it within their 14 day policy, they sent me a form that could not be submitted. I tried several times, but it bounced back every time. I spoke with their "live chat", but they gave me the run around. The live chat is not the "after service" person. I would have to submit a return request and wait another 24 hours! When I asked for the phone number I was told that is is unavailable because it is updating! After I wrote 5 or 6 complaints they contacted me saying they would refund 100% of my money if I took the complaints down. I told them to give me my money first, but I have not heard from them since. ****!</p>
