Is Floryday a **** ?

<p>i ordered 2 dresses and a bag on Floryday.com on the 03 January 2017 for R 1800. i have not received nor heard from them. you can only email service @flory day. you can never get a call from their service desk. the automated reply says they will respond in 24 hours. it didnt happen. i wrote to get my money back and still no reply.</p>
