Floryday - Very bad Customer Service.

I purchased a dress - on their recommendation I went up one size, which is way too big. I am trying to exchange for a smaller dress but they will not provide me with an address. How hard can this be. The clothing sizing is way out and the pictures are a bit misleading. I thought I was getting mid calf length - dresses are full length. Blouse said 3/4 sleeves - is long sleeves. Won't be buying from them again. Hard way to learn. Have never experienced this before, always have been provided with a return address upon arrival of goods.
