FLORYDAY IS A ****

This online store is a total ****. I paid for expedited shipping on boots for my girlfriend. When the goods did not arrive within the expedited shipping timeframe, i lodged an enquiry with them to find out why my order still had not been processed and why i paid for expedited shipping if the goods would not be arriving in the time frame i paid for. They promise a response to inquiries within 24 hrs. No response was received at all. I have lodged a second request with them for a full refund as the goods have still not arrived almost a week after they were supposed to and i predict i will not receive a response to this inquiry either.
