I ordered over £100’s of clothes from them. They took my money, however did not despatch my items.

I did live chat, and was told that an online representative couldn’t solve my problem...they told items had been handed over to carrier and was in transit. Issued me with a tracking no. I contacted the carrier who said they had not received my package.

Beware this is a ********** site ?
