delay in processing and shipping my order despite having confirmed that the have received payment on 16 January

I placed an order and when I checked and tracked the order on their website, the acknowledged receipt of payment but 2 weeks dpwn the line have not shipped the order yet. Can somebodu help me why is it taking so long to ship the goods which ate paid in full
