Company Denied I Was Ever A Customer

I ordered in February of 2019. The items were very poor quality. I asked for a refund and was told I would get it IF I gave them a 5 star review. I will not be bribed!! Never got the refund. I wrote a review on Trust Pilot and Floryday had it removed because they claimed I was never a customer!!!!!
