BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered a wrap sweater. The photo showed it falling just below the hip. The one I received fell a 2 inches below my knee. I’m 5’7”. They gave me 3 different ways to accommodate my return and answered my emails within 24 hours as promised, but told me not to send it back because of covid. One month later I am contacting them three times. Ghosted. No response even though it say within 24 hours. Looks like they’re just not letting me return the product for a refund. This is intentional they are a ripoff business. you pat for the shipping return. I would give them no stars if I could and never buy from them again. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
