Awaiting order since Novemberv2021

I orderdered 3 (Three) items on this website. In November. I still have not received the items. Communication channels are not clear instead am I got a message from light in the box saying my order was shipped on the 2nd of December and notji g since then... Can I get an advice on what to do next.
