Avoid FloryDay - they are a sham

The items I ordered online from www.floryday.com arrived looking nothing like what was pictured on their website.

It's Blatant Misrepresentation plus YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND should you be unsatisfied with their products. There's no recourse.

Avoid Floryday!!!!!!!- They are sham!!!!! Rather buy online from companies that are reputable, accountable and reachable.

The one bag had a black mould- like substance coming out of the zippers and flaking onto everything. The buckels were stained and rusty. Some where stitched on scew. A cheap plastic-like fabric was used on 2 of the four bags. While the boots are made with a soft foamy fabric and the sole is split.

To add to this - I had to pay a customs levy once the items arrived ons****, before they could be released to me. This is inspite the website heavily advertising free shipping costs for purchases over R2070. So in a nutshell shipping is hypothetical "free", there will be additional costs for your account.

Now that I've requested to ship the items back for a refund. I'm encouraged by Floryday to rather keep the items and be given a 50% coupon for additional defective good ( hooray) or to keep a the items and get a 30% cash refund. Either way I'm *****ed because I'm working at a loss and it doesn't seem I'll be able to get a refund because getting them to send me their shipping address has proved futile. They seem to employ a number of tactic to frustrate customers trying to recoup their losses. If items are shipped to the address on their website (not a return shipping address) Floryday can claim non receipt and the items will be irretrievably lost and resold to the next unsuspecting customer...
