We were looking for carpets for a rental unit. Given we had used these guys before, they knew what carpets we were using so when they were unable to meet on site (them having missed 3 site visit appointments), we were not overly stressed as the new carpet would be the same as what they installed previously. We showed them pictures of the existing carpet and the length of pile etc. The carpet they then came to install was the wrong colour and the wrong length of pile. The underfloor was also too thin. We gave them the opportunity to fix but were told they could not get the carpet we wanted. Having then found the carpet ourselves, we offered them the opportunity to install it for us but they simply wanted more money. At this point, they are unwilling to refund the original purchase or install the existing carpet we have now purchased to offset any of their owing’s. Their attitude was simply do what you want.

Terrible service, uncompromising attitude, *****ulent and thieving.
