Child get bul**** at school by teachers because of month school fees not paid

1 month behind on school fees and the teachers refuse the 6 year old child to go to graduation because of 1 month behind on the school fees the mother did email and communicated with the school regarding the above issue but yet the school do not care about it teachers is bullying the child from the start of the year complains was send to the school principal but nothing gets done
