Bad customer service from FLORMARSA

Flormar's customer service is non-existent. I emailed them over a year ago asking about restocking a product. they rep**** to me a month later to say it was restocked and i immediately checked the website and it was not! then 10 days ago i ordered a product and only got a confirmation email that i paid. i have received no communicated after that and on their website it states they deliver between 2-5 working days which has now passed. I have already paid for the product but i do not even know the status of it. I have phoned head office maybe like 15 times and nothing. I have emailed them and nothing. I have left instagram messages and nothing. honestly disappointed!
