These ********* have no regard for the client

I Had an old Honda repaired through these guys. The above was responsible for replacing the radiator as part of the repair. A few weeks after the repair, My soon to be Wife was left standing on the side of the highway in a ***** area due to a sub standard radiator cap that failed(supp**** by above) It took these clowns longer to decide to assist than it took to get there and assist. The guys that arrived instructed my S/o to purchase a radiator cap from the garage(which we did). it didn't fit so they tried to bend it to fit. After struggling a while they left and returned with a 2nd hand(admitted by Phil) radiator cap.Phil also told my S/o that everything was OK and there was no outstanding amount.Today we had a similar instance where again my SO was left on the side of the highway next to Xavier road.When i called for assistance. I was told i have an outstanding invoice by Bertha( for labor overtime and a radiator cap, yes the second hand one), which i still have not received or been made aware of, and that they will not assist me.Just a warning to future customers. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, unless you enjoy being *****ed and sitting on the side of the highway.1 year warentee. right!
