on my contract with you

On the date i took my car in for the repairs I've read my contract within stated 12 working days my car would have been done and now its been past 12 days today i had called in to find out the progress only to find out now my vehicle is only in assembly i had to call in every 2nd day to find out about the progress so can someone please explain to me how do you say you'll call me if i had to call you???? I don't see how you are mutal and federal approved panel beaters if you can even keep me informed what's the point in paying access fees if you dont keep to your contact this is honestly a waste of money ***
