Still shocked and traumatised!
I have never experienced such an inhumane disservice. An elderly reception lady with a shocking attitude & extremely rude. All because I requested that she help move her big dogs out of the way as I'm scared of them. Explained gently to her that I was once beaten by a dog and really afraid of dogs. Only to be told that she doesn't have time for 'nonsense' and then chased me out of the building. Her staff members, trying to console me they mentioned that they tolerate her as they have no choice. I'm in a shock!

I'm not ashamed of my part of the conversation as it was not a lot, actually I was courteous enough to greet you and ask if you're OK, this was not reciprocated instead you were quite rude. A lot of customers are complaining about your character, check your past reviews on HelloPeter, Google and Facebook, it is the same pattern and really says a lot about your being.
